Our bonding and wellbeing scan is an amazing option that can be done any time between 10-40 weeks of your pregnancy. If you’d like to say hello to your baby at any point, this scan can help you feel excited and grow closer to your little one by spending some quality time together.

We aim to make your pregnancy a little more comfortable, a little less confusing, and a lot more exciting! Our services are all carried out by experienced and qualified sonographer, and your scan will take place in a cinema-style room with a huge screen to capture every detail of your baby. Your comfort and wellbeing is a top priority, and our goal is to provide a moment that’s as relaxing as it is magical.

The cost for our standard Bonding Scan is £57

Get ready for your Bonding Scan

If your pregnancy is still early (before 12 weeks) the scan can be transvaginal, meaning you won’t have to attend with a full bladder. If you are further than this point, the scan will be conducted abdominally, and you should attend with a moderately full bladder to allow the fluid around the baby to ensure a clear image.

Your appointment will last 20 minutes in order to get a good, relaxed look at the baby. We prefer longer appointment times, so you won’t feel rushed and get to maximise your time with your little one.

Don’t just take our word for it…

I am so glad I decided to go to Imaginatal for my scans. Ever since my early scan the energy the staff & the sonographer have is so bright & welcoming. As I’m in the UK alone, the staff were kind enough in assisting with my scans so that my family overseas could see baby! I feel as though the sonographer has been apart of this journey with me from the early scan to the gender & 4D scan & I am so appreciative of her!

Magical experience and we felt very comfortable and welcomed. The clinic is so clean and new which makes the experience so much more stress-free in a pandemic! We would 100% recommend Imaginatal to all our friends and family.

– Danielle, Bristol

My experience with Imaginatal was outstanding. The staff are all friendly and caring and our visit was comfortable and reassuring. Our appointment wasn’t rushed and the lady was very informative. We received all our photos digitally as well as a printout. We can’t thank them enough!

– Megan, Bristol

Imaginatal is a lovely place, set up beautifully and light. The welcoming atmosphere puts you at ease straight away, and especially if you have children where there are toys set up for them to play with. The experience is really easy, and very interactive with children – we brought our 4 year old girl. Would recommend.

What is a Bonding Scan and why is it important?

Bonding Scan is a private and comfortable pre-natal scan we offer outside of standard ultra-sound check-ups. The aim is to enjoy a special moment between parent and babyand build a special connection before the big day. It’s also useful to make sure everything is regular and progressing well in the pregnancy to help quell any worries you might be having. We want you to feel prepared and connected throughout this memorable process.

It’s natural for expecting parents to experience some anxiety during this unique time. All the changes that pregnancy brings might leave you feeling a little disorientated. Antenatal depression affects many expecting mothers and should never be something to feel ashamed aboutSome may find it helpful to pop in for a scan to catch up with baby and feel more connected to your incredible body as you progress to motherhood. Or if you’re simply curious about what’s going on in your belly, we can give you a sneak peak of your newest family member.
