Meet the team behind Imaginatal, the UK’s leading ultrasound scanning franchise
Imaginatal was founded in 2020 by Rumbi and Darlington, two qualified healthcare practitioners with a passion for ultrasound scanning and women’s health. With over 14 years of experience in the NHS, Rumbi realised that there was a gap in the market for a private prenatal ultrasound clinic that would offer high-quality and affordable scanning services to expectant mothers, while also providing a personalised and memorable experience.
Having gone through two pregnancies herself, Rumbi understood the needs and challenges of expectant parents and wanted to create a service that would cater to their individual preferences and expectations. Together with Darlington, her co-founder and partner, she launched Imaginatal, a clinically led, private prenatal ultrasound clinic that provides a range of scanning services, from early pregnancy scans to 4D baby scans.
Since then, Imaginatal has grown to become the UK’s leading ultrasound scanning franchise, with clinics in Bristol, Romford, Gloucester, Potters Bar, Central London and plans to expand to more locations across the country.
