How many people can I bring with me to my scan?

You can bring family or friends with you — up to 8 people are welcome in the room.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please call us at least 24 hours before your appointment to cancel without any charges. If there is an emergency, such as being unexpectedly taken to hospital, we will, of course, understand.

Can I bring children to my appointment?

Yes, children are welcome to attend.

Do you do lighting for gender reveals?

Yes. If you choose to have the gender revealed in the clinic, we turn the lights blue for a boy and pink for a girl.

How early can I have an early pregnancy scan?

You can have an early pregnancy scan from 6 weeks. It confirms your pregnancy, checks the baby’s heartbeat and location, and estimates how far along you are, offering early reassurance and peace of mind.

Can I get images or videos of my scan?

Yes. Most of our scans include print and digital images as well as video clips that you can take home or share with family and friends. If your chosen scan doesn’t include them, you can add photos or videos as an optional extra on the day.

Will I get a rescan if the baby is not in a good position?

If we can’t get clear results, whether it’s because your baby’s position isn’t ideal, you’ve come in a bit early, or the images aren’t clear enough, we offer up to three free rescans.

What if I’m anxious or have had complications before?

We understand this can be an emotional time. Our team will guide you step by step, explain everything clearly, and make sure you feel safe and reassured throughout your appointment.

Am I allowed to record during my scan?

Recording is allowed for the gender reveal, not during the scan.

Are all your sonographers female?

Yes, all our sonographers are female.

Early Assurance and Bonding & Well-Being Scans usually take around 20 minutes, while 4D Baby Lux and VIB Gender Scans take up to 40 minutes.
